The issues have been resolved and we have given Mr. [redacted] a warranty for 12 mos to cover any future concerns for this incident. He has told us this is satisfactory.

We do see on Mr. [redacted]’s Credit Karma print out showing duplicate credit pulls.  However, we feel this service is not properly reporting the correct information.  Due to privacy policies we would encourage Mr [redacted] to contact Transunion,  2 Baldwin Place PO Box 1000, Chester, PA -1-800-888-4213 www.transunion.comMr. [redacted], has threaten us on multiple occasion with attorneys and taking us to court.  Once anyone brings up lawyers, we refer them to our law firm Liepply and Armstrong -[redacted]We will mail [redacted] a refund check for $100.00, today.

To this end, we require our salespeople to present a customer's offer on a computer generated form showing year,...

make model, mileage, etc. We double checked that this process was followed explicitly in this case. We further checked to make sure all government forms were completed correctly at the time of sale as well, and found they were.
Still, in order to keep our past customer satisfied, we would consider taking their purchase back in trade for another product they might feel better suits their needs. We hope that they will have many seasons filled with great memories on their bike!

After Mr. G[redacted] decided not to buy the bike, he asked us not to cash his deposit check for $100. We have no record of cashing his check....

If he can provide us with proof that the check was cashed, we would gladly issue him a refund.

I communicated with Paul and after sending proof from my bank the cheque was cashed, I was sent a refund cheque. I would be weary of doing business with State 8 in the future knowing they do not effectively keep records of transactions but I am glad this matter has been settled.

We have reached out to Jeffrey [redacted] to set up a service appointment.  Mr [redacted] has expressed he no longer owns the vehicle and does not need an appointment.

The manufacturer's rebate for January 2016 is not applicable to December 2015 sales, and cannot be refunded. Mr. K[redacted] did receive the December advertised price. There is no ability to keep prices constant every month, whether it is from rebates...

or simply supply and demand that determines available pricing for any time period. Mr. K[redacted] did receive the lowest price available at the time he purchased.
