Needed emergency care and went to Statcare to follow up after an ER visit. Was told one price over the phone but was asked to pay another in person without explanation. wanted me to pay more money for a test only after I gave a sample. Purposely withheld that information until after I gave the sample to try to swindle more money out of me. The company will not give results over the phone and says that you need to come back in and pay more money. Nowhere on the website does it say that they don't give results over the phone and if you ask them to point you to the statement, they simply say, "It's just not in our policy to give results over the phone."

I was over charged for my co-pay. My co-pay is $25 it is stated on my insurance card and they charged me $50. I contacted my insurance and confirmed it was $25 and spoke to the doctor and faxed over proof and never received a refund.
