Worst customer service I have Ever experienced!!!! The entire time I spoke with the owner of this company, he had the worst attitude and was not being genuinely helpful. I moved into a new apartment yesterday and my landlord told me to call the number on the cable box to get my cable set up. It even says right on the box, "For all questions regarding equipment, programming, ordering or service, please call star view communications." I did this, and the guy was acting like I was crazy for the questions I was asking him regarding my service and installation. I asked him where I would go to get a new remote for the cable box because I do not have one, and he said at the company store. So I simply asked him if he could tell me where the nearest one to me was (because since it's his company, I figured he would know this information) His reply was, "How would I know that? You need to grab the bull by the horns and figure things out." He also said some more immature, unnecessary comments. He had me infuriated. How can someone be so rude to someone? He's the cable guy, I'm not. He's supposed to be there to help his customers. Horrible, horrible customer service. Go with Centurylink or Comcast people!!
