Once the above called into our office- we promptly removed her from our mailing list and apologized for upsetting her in anyway. We use direct mail from a third party company to advertise to buy houses in area's we are interested in purchasing in. We will never mail to her again
I do not believe we should have a complaint against us because it is just direct mail and once we were made aware that she did not wish to be mailed we took her off the list immediately. Please let me know if there is anything else

I am rejecting this response because: it seems to me that the company, rather than accept responsibility for their chosen "third party" would like to squarely place the "blame" on someone else that they have clearly opted to partner with. I find it hard to believe that mail is being sent out on their behalf without someone internal to the company in charge of vetting fliers and advertisements and giving approval before they go to print. In addition, it was not the "third party" they speak of who was responsible for answering the phones in their office when I called; it was their employee who clearly needs some training in customer relations. While I am delighted to hear that I have been removed from their mailing list, I will be keeping an eye on my mailbox. I hope, sincerely, that my sentiments regarding not wishing to ever be contacted by them again have not fallen on deaf ears. I have no further expectations of this company at this time; as I feel that they have set the bar so low. I would like to thank the Revdex.com for their time and efforts with regard to this matter, and expect no further action from you at this time. Should I be contacted, however, in future, by this company, I will lodge another complaint
