I want to complain about this co StartChurch.
I sent my personal taxes to be processed a month ago by their tax department of StartChurch. They charged me $329 to process taxes and $99 charging fee. They say they never received my personal documents and I was never reimbursed the amount they said I would receive. To date no monies reimbursed, non phone call they received my documents to send back to me.
This company claims to be honest and give good service. I am very disappointed to see this Christian company that claims to be honest and give good service. I would say to others to please do your research before using this company.
Refund I am working with my credit card company to dispute the charges.
The client requested a refund on April 15th. We processed the refund on April 16th. We have a receipt of the processed refund going through on the 16th. We refunded it to the same card the purchase was made on. We look forward to serving this client in the future.
for the money that you fork out, the process is very slow. there was almost no communication. Most of the time we had to Google answers for ourselves. All of the fee's are not clearly stated either, so on top of paying over $2,000 for services there were other fee's that were not covered that were not disclosed before the process started. Over all a very bad experience, would not really ever guess that this is a Christian organization. Disappointed.
We have reached out the President of the organization who expressed a few concerns he had with us throughout the process; we talked through them with him last week. He was unaware of this repot having been made and said he would reach out to Mr. to request he remove the comment. We had a great conversation and we very much appreciate his candor and feedback about our process. We also credited their account one month payment to show our appreciation. At the end of our conversation, we both agreed to continue working together with a mutual understanding of how to best serve his organization in the future. We will be following up with Mr. and the President of the organization via email.
