Review: Sent a motorcycle crank for them to work on in July 2015. Was told it was complete in August 2015 and paid as requested. Due to a Paypal error, payment was sent twice ($615 plus an additional $615). Was also charged more than originally quoted when I called and talked to them on the phone in July. Was told $225. Requested work is also listed on the companies website as $225. Was not explained to me why I was charged almost 3 times the amount for a lighten and balance.The person I sent multiple emails to, and sent the money to, is named Dax [redacted]. He said it was being shipped on August 26, along with the refund for the extra payment. Waited a week and still no crank or refund for the extra $615 payment. He messaged me on Sep 11th saying there was a delay and it was boxed and ready to ship in a few days, along with a refund check.Waited til Sep 30th and sent another email since I didn't receive anything. He responded on OCT 4th saying the work was never done and they needed more info from me. I responded with the requested info, and was told it was being shipped and they would send me tracking info. Oct 26th rolls around, and still no part. So I send another email asking for an update.Sent one last email on NOV 4th explaining that I have paid them $1230 for what was supposed to be $225, and am still out of a part that BELONGS TO ME. I am done trying to talk with this company.Desired Settlement: Only options I see fit-1. Full refund of the money sent ($1230) and the part shipped back to me in it's original condition when shipped.2. Refund of the accidental second payment sent ($615) that is due to me, along with shipping of the part with the work performed properly that was requested and paid for. Also would like adjustment for the extra money I was charged(originally quoted $225, was charged $575 plus $40 shipping). So another $350 refund.
