Review: The third time I went in and he was going to give me my old phone back I sold to him when I traded it to get another used phone and he was going to give me 50 which is how much he purchased my old for instead of giving me a refund or a partial refund I was tryna give him a chance. I have went in this store every month about a phone since I bought it and the man kept giving me the run around so I told him I would be back to trade it in and he wanted to charge me 200 for a phone plus trade my phone (a phone I purchased from him) plus the first months bill. I haven't had the phone 6 monthsDesired Settlement: Either a new phone, a refund or a partial refund.
