With regards to claim ID #***, the issue has been resolved with the customer.Any markings left on the car were not done by our lawn mowing crew, our machines are much too close to the ground to have caused the markings in the exact area and height in which they were located. The owner of
the company, went out and explained this to the customer, the customer claimed they understood, and that was resolved Had the damages been caused by our company, we would have been willing to pay for any damages, as we have done in the past, and currently do with our customers We always assume responsibility for any damage that our crews cause.Regarding the incident in which the crew member had come by to check out the markings, we have taken appropriate action and spoken with that crew member regarding their behavior If you should have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.
