Review: Denied refund after observation of unsafe practices.

At the Webster Street Festival in Alameda, CA on 9/7/2013, I was waiting with my son to enter the Sponge Bob Inflatable bounce castle.

The generators failed, the ride deflated and several children were trapped inside the amusement ride while employees of Stars and Stripes stood by and did nothing.

I decided that this amusement ride was not safe and reported this to the ticket booth manager. He told me it was not his fault and no refund would be issued. I restated my stance that the ride is not safe and that his company is responsible for the maintenance and safety of the ride.

Desired Settlement: I would like my $10 refunded for the 12 tickets purchased. I am happy to return the tickets I purchased to the vendor. I did not use them due to the unsafe practices of this company.
