Review: they charged me for lights and have not delivered the product and will not respond to numerous contact attempts

The only thing I can think at this point is that this is a fraudulent company. I ordered lights from them on 07/13/2013, they took my money, and so far I have received nothing. I have made repeated attempts to contact them via phone and email and have never received a reply. the fax number listed on their web site has been disconnected. I have also filed a claim with PayPal and hopefully they will be removed from the PayPal service. I do not understand how people like this continue to prey on the general public. I found them as a retailer of a certain light, glarebuster, and even contacted that manufacturer and they have been evasive.Desired Settlement: I want my money back and I want someone (local authorities) to investigate this business to see if they are committing fraud. the address listed appears to be a residence.

They took the money immediately.

They did not send a confirmation of order. Therefore, I tried to call them and email them as of Feb 12-14 2014. Phone goes into voice mail and states that the mail box is full and to try back later. I emailed them and tried to call back at all times of day. Same message.

I called Paypal and they are going to try to resolve the issue with the co. if they do not respond, Paypal will refund me the money within 10 days. And hopefully take off their Paypal connection to this fraudulent company. Then I looked them up on Revdex.com website to find others with same problem. Isn't there a way to alert consumers of this before payment goes through??Desired Settlement: I am hoping Paypal comes through with a refund of my money. $440.00 applied to my credit card.

If not..I may contact Revdex.com for further help. What I really want is for Revdex.com to alert customers on this website. Can't it be shut down?? This is a SCAM!!

I purchased an outdoor lighting fixture from Starry Night Lights on 25th of March 2014. They took payment from Paypal. I received confirmation emails from Starry Night Lights and PayPal when I purchased the fixture. I emailed Starry Night Lights for an order status and never received a response. I tried calling them and their phone goes to voice mail and states that "mailbox is full" and can't accept any messages. I made a claim with PayPal and have to wait until April 18th before I can have my money refunded to me. PayPal has to give them this time to try to rectify this issue. Meanwhile, my project is further delayed and it will have an additional delay since I can't order a fixture from another seller until this order closes.Desired Settlement: An immediate refund or an immediate delivery, with tracking, of product.

Its now 6 weeks later and after several attempts I cant can't get a return call or e-mail regarding my order status and still don't have the item I ordered.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the item I ordered withing the next week to 10 days and if that's not possible I need a refund.
