As of today, Friday 06/02/2017, MrSeibel has not returned proper compensation to me nor did he nor STARPOWER dutifully honor the 3-year extended warranty I purchased along with the television on 3/29/

Starpower hired to do a media room upgrade Media room left incomplete and nonfunctional despite multiple attempts to fix it
Difficult to know where to begin Arranged to have my media room upgraded with a new 4k projector, new receiver, and reconfiguration of a remote through Billy (salesperson at Starpower) First day the crew led by Jeff one of their techs appear to do the job Within the hour they tell me that job is not possible because they cannot get wire through attic although there is already and existing HDMI cable running thru attic from the existing receiver and projector Make me talk to Billy to sort this outHave to meet crew at house only then to be told "oh, yeah, its possible." Four hours later they install the wrong projector mount (too short so it is causing distortion in image), programmed the remote incorrectly so the system doesn't sync with projector, and shorted my existing velodyne subwoofer Day 2, new team comes out led by Don (another tech) In p
