These people cannot help customers with anything. I was hung up on twice and mocked the entire time the third conversation. Horrible and rude!
Some of the rudest people I have ever dealt with. A policy was created using my information without my permission. After cancelling a draft thru my bank I receive a letter stating they will run it again and include fees. Instead of helping to resolve the situation about a policy I NEVER purchased the first lady was extremely rude to my wife, the second lady was also rude and hung up on me and the third giggled about it the entire time. She also couldn't connect me to a supervisor and said "well there are only three of us here so, I guess you talked to everyone." They refused to address the problem and instead laughed like it was a joke. I was told they could cancel it but when asked for a policy number they couldn't. I never received a policynumber to even give them. Extremely upset with how my situation was handled. They should be looked at closely on how they handle customer info and complaints. I've never been so upset too go this route ever until now.
