with one of the largest storms in Texas history on April 12th 2016. As a result business multiplied 100x over within a matter of weeks. We have always prided ourselves in giving our customers a great experience and do everything we can to make things easier on them through their times of hardship. In this case we were behind due to the amount of ppl we were trying to help through these hard times. As of 9/01/16 all items of concern addressed by the [redacted]' have been resolved. The caulking, siding, gutters, roof and rain diverter have all been handled to the [redacted] satisfaction. The windows and screens they had another company install. The other $150 referral fee has also been taken care of by deducting that dollar value off of the agreed to price of repairs that were performed. All of the ppl performing work on any job work for us though everyone is under a 1099 with no salaried employees. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to call anytime.
