I regularly attend movies at the Triangle Square Cinema and very much like the prices and the general customer service; however, three different times I have utilized the online complaint form to inform the staff about projection problems and not received any follow up trying to fix it I'm a Cinema Studies Alum from New York University NYU and I know something about projecting When a theater projects a movie the projectionist has to make sure the audio and video are lined up and synced so there is not a delay or gap between the sound and image On three different occasions this has happened and I've let them know and have never heard back from them It is an easy problem to fix and it is just a matter of laziness and poor training of the employee Maybe they heard my complaint or not but I have no way of knowing I would have liked to receive some acknowledgement that they were looking into this issue and make sure the movies are projected correctly
