Unfortunately, she purchased the voucher through Deal Chicken. 7e Fit Spa did not get any payment from the purchase she made through a different company. If she would like a refund for her voucher, she will need to contact Deal Chicken who will most likely give her a full credit. The voucher she brought in to the spa to redeem was expired; therefore, we could not redeem it through Deal Chicken. I am sure if she contacts the correct company she bought the voucher from, they will be more than happy to assist her.
