Starks Industrial Roofing

Review: Starks Industrial Roofing was hired to repair the roof at [redacted]. They were paid in full on October *, 2014. They issued an 8 year warranty for any leaks that reoccurred during that time. They responded once to repair a leak, but wanted additional payment. We said we would pay the additional money if the repair proved leak free after 60 days. We were called repeatedly to pay earlier. Subsequently, part of the roof caved in. Repeated phone calls to the business have not been answered.Desired Settlement: We would like Starks Industrial Roofing to repeat the roof leaks as well as the section of the roof that has collapsed due to leaks.

Review: WE had roofing job done few months ago from the STARKS INDUSTRIAL ROOFING.Since we have 15 years of warranty, they don't come back for defects,they don't return phone calls,they don't answering the phone. We also went to see this people the address shown on business card, office is not even exist. looks like paper company. We having so many problems due to water leaking. We really don't know what to do at this point. we spent $20,000 for roofing job. Roofing does not looks like they did job done.Desired Settlement: Since we have water damages inside of our company's property, we would like get the refund also claim for any damage to our company properties.
