Terrible results. $7,000 spend on hearing aids that I cannot wear.
They hurt my ears even after all the care I have taken to keep them clean, used the ear oil they gave me and yes I have returned to complain, but Debbie up front only smiles a phony smile and does not seem to really care.
I asked for new batteries and she said "No you have to buy them" but I was told by Jenny that she would give me free batteries for a year. I had to wait a long time for Jenny to finally come out and she agreed and gave me the batteries.
I was embarrassed and to top that off Jenny says I am not doing something right, but I have followed all the rules and I have been very careful. I am not a frail old person who just takes what they get without a complaint. I really did not mind paying the bill, but then I did not look around or price shop until later when I found that I had actually paid a huge over charge. Similar hearing aids were less than $600 per ear, that is $1,200 at most for both and they look identical, make in China on the same assembly line probably, see www.audicus.com/pages/hearing-aids their top unit is considered a high tech high end product, they have much cheaper units at $399 an ear. I got ripped off because I did not shop prices. The reality is that they hurt me and are hugely overpriced.
