Our exterminating company changed hands to Stark Exterminators a few months ago. We never had a problem with the old company (Tropical Pest). Stark Exterminators is billing us for a treatment which we did not receive. It was raining very hard when Stark came to our house on 12/19/19 and we were told they would come back the following week to apply the treatment to the outside of our house. They did not return. I did call several times asking when they will return. Finally I spoke to *** at Stark 01/09/20 again and told her to cancel our service. She said she would and would cancel the $60 we were billed for the treatment we did not receive. I received another bill for $60 after this conversation and I spoke again on 01/24/20 and was told they want $30 for the bill (Managers Decision) since the man came into our house on 12/19/19 to tell us it was raining to hard to do outside treatment. He said inside did not need to be treated since outside takes care of the bugs. I told her to send me a new bill for the $30 even though I didn't think it was appropriate to pay anything. She said they would do that. Today, February 10, 20 I received another bill and it still shows $60. Please help. Its upsetting to be getting a bill for a service we did not receive. Thank You!

Billing Adjustment Please do what you can to have them cancel this bill. I do not want this to look like we didn't pay on our credit report but why should we pay for a service that we did not receive.
Spoke with Mrs. regarding her account and the issues she has been having, customer expressed that this is not the first time she has complained and no-one has reached out to her. She stated because of the lack of response she signed up with another company and has paid for her initial ***. We took care of the balance and apologized on 2/14/2020. She thank me for calling and taking care of the balance on the account and she will remove the complaint from Revdex.com. She would like an email stating that her account is close and no available balance on the account. Will email
