Stark Exterminators

Review: Signed up for a firm appointment, failed to show up three times, tried calling the guy and never returning our phone calls and texts.Desired Settlement: want my $300 back for signing up and a full year of service, in my opinion SUCKS!

Review: I am filing this complaint against Stark Exterminators because they want me to pay $88.00 for their last service visit and I do not wish to pay this invoice because the service I was receiving from them was very bad and I had to change providers. Once Stark took over the Wilson Pest Control accounts, the service went downhill. Scheduling would get all messed up. They would show up on the wrong day and since I was at work, they were not able to enter the house. Rescheduling was a problem because I always had to coordinate with the renter in our basement apartment to leave their door open as well so Stark could spray down there. Also, I began seeing roaches and ants and silver fish around the house and basement apartment. After that, I decided I had had enough and I canceled their service. I located another provider and I am very happy with the new provider's work.Desired Settlement: I called to speak with the person in charge of billing to discuss not having to pay the last invoice of $88.00 but no one ever called me back. Typical. I do not feel I should have to pay the last invoice of $88.00 because Stark provided poor service leading to the recurrence of ants, roaches and silver fish. I want Stark to release me from this last payment and stop billing me.
