To whom this may concern,Thank you for informing us of the complaint you have received While I am unable to comment on the specifics of the complaint, I can tell you that our staff is trained to interact with clients in a courteous and professional manner Furthermore, clients are presented with an estimate prior to performing procedures and can then choose to approve or decline the services While I realize that the cost of services at an emergency and critical facility can be a burden for some, our prices reflect the high cost of operating a hour emergency facility and we do our best to accommodate our clients and their pets needs.On another note, the doctor and staff involved in this case were glad to hear that the patient was able to have surgery and is presumably doing well.Regards, [redacted] DVM
