According to Starion’s records, Mr*** enrolled in the “Starion Simple” monthly variable rate product on April 15, Starion has determined that Mr*** has been
charged for supply correctly in accordance with his agreementThe product in which the account was enrolled included a variable rate subject to fluctuate monthly based on market conditions
Starion’s records indicate Mr*** contacted Starion’s customer service department on August 7, regarding his accountIn an attempt to alleviate the customer’s concerns, Mr*** was offered the opportunity to enroll in a fixed rate product; however he declined the offerStarion submitted the consumer’s cancellation request accordingly
A representative from Starion’s compliance department attempted to contact Mr*** on September 17, to further discuss his concerns and left a voicemailThe customer returned the call the following day and was notified he will be receiving a one-time courtesy rebateAt that time, the customer acknowledged Starion’s offer as a satisfactory resolution to his concerns
A one-time courtesy rebate in the form of a check will be sent to the consumer within to business days

department on December 30, regarding his recent billing statementAt that time, the Consumer was explained that his account was enrolled in a variable rate planIn an attempt to alleviate the Consumer’s concerns, Mr*** was offered the opportunity to enroll in a fixed rate plan; the Consumer accepted the offer
On January 29, 2015, Mr*** contacted Starion’s customer service department again regarding his account and when his fixed rate would startThe Consumer was informed the enrollment was processed correctly in a timely manner and it could take up to two (2) billing cycles for the new rate to take effect due to his meter-read date controlled by the utility companyAt that time, Mr*** requested cancellationStarion submitted the Consumer’s cancellation request accordingly
A representative from Starion’s compliance department attempted to contact Mr*** on February 4, and again on February 9, a voicemail was left notifying him that his account is scheduled to end service with Starion on February 24, and he will not incur an early termination feeAs of February 10, 2015, Starion has yet to receive a response
Notwithstanding, in a good-faith effort to resolve Mr***’ concerns, Starion will issue the Consumer a one-time courtesy rebate for his January billing cycleA check will be sent to the Consumer within ten (10) business daysA number was left for Mr*** if he has any questions regarding his complaint
