We have reviewed the account support notes, as well as reviewed all of the facts and circumstanceIn addition to the complaint made to your office, we are responding to a letter received from Behind the Scene Exec’s attorney Since this customer has hired legal representation, we are limiting this response to state that Crexendo has provided all of the services contracted forCrexendo contracted with Behind the Scenes Execs for various communications equipment and services on a month service agreement That agreement is a valid contract and Crexendo will enforce it Any issues Behind the Scenes Execs may have had with the service are related to improper use by their employees or contractors Crexendo has provided top quality products and support services It is unfortunate to respond to a customer who is dissatisfied, but when the customer chooses to turn to an outside party rather than our support department for assistance there really isn’t much we can doWe always strive to provide the best customer service, and our telephones are continually updated with cutting edge technology, often rated as the best in the market Thank you for the opportunity to respond to this customer’s concerns

communications equipment and services on a 60 month service agreement.  That agreement is a valid contract and
Crexendo will enforce it.  Any issues
Behind the Scenes Execs may have had with the service are related to improper
use by their employees or contractors.
