I called the Drain Team because of a blocked rain spout that ran under groundIt was backing up and blowing out water during a heavy ran like a pressure hoseThey said they could have a man out to check and would call me back with a eta, they called back and said the service man (Derek) would call when on his way.He called within the hour and came to my location,he checked the area out and ran the camera into the spout line and found the blockage feet in and around inches downDerek had stopped at my problem on the way to another call and asked if he could come to fix my problem the next day as he had other calls for repair before my callI agreed and he was at my home first thing next morning at 6:30A.M., He fixed the line was very friendly and very professional and after digging the hole to make the fix he put it all back together and you could not tell he was in the groundI was very pleased and I would not have a second thought about calling this company againA big Thank You and job well done to Derek and the Drain Team [redacted] Bradenton Fl

Absolutely the worst experience I could have ever imaginedThe person that came out to give me an estimate was incredibly rude in general, got mad when I asked him if they pull a permit to do the work, whistled and moved his head around while fantasizing about what it would cost me to do do the work, and then provided me with an astronomical high rate to do the jobIn addition, he got mad when I asked him if his figure included the permitWOW!
I recently experienced recurrent toilet drain clogging since I changed to low flow toiletsI called the drain team to help fix the problem, after using another company( Pink Plumber) who just insisted on all kinds of expensive drain cleaning for $that did NOT fix the problem The drain team sent out one of their plumbers, Randy, and he was awesomeHe diagnosed the problem quickly and didn't try to sell us unnecessary interventionsHe cleared the clog drain quickly and told us we needed to get the proper kind of toilet for our plumbing setupHe was very honest and professionalI could not have imagined such fantastic professional serviceI would recommend the drain team without reservation
I can not speak highly enough about our experiences with The Drain Team (Specifically Antonio) over the past 5+ years Days after we purchased our first home we experienced leak coming form the third floor onto our second floor living space Antonio came in the wee hours of the morning (think 3am) and never once made us feel like we were putting him out, it was almost as if he was happy to be saving us :)He fixed our issue and many others e had over the years we one dour townhouse If something went wrong plumbing wise, we call Antonio PeriodWe don't get price quotes, we don't seek other opinions, we call Antonio and he gets us fixed up We have been coming back for over years and would never use anyone elseI HIGHLY recommend The Drain Team and Antonio IS our go to guy Not only does he fix our stuff but we share laughs and stories about our kids He's polite, professional, friendly and has been there for us TOO many times thumbs up
I had to have service on Labor Day Because of the holiday, they were running a little late But, they called me a few times to assure me that they would be there Ronie, the repairman, came and was so efficient and pleasant He fixed the broken pipe quickly and was very neat and clean When he was finished, he said he had one call left that was scheduled for the next day, but he was going to call to see if he could do it after he finished at my house If felt so sorry for him working on the holiday What a guyAs a pleasant bonus, I received 10% off of my bill because I had used them before The next time I have a plumbing problem, I will be calling The Drain Team and will, of course, ask for Ronie
On Saturday my drains started backing up I did a google search and called The Drain Team I had a technician calling me within minutes telling me he was on his way When Dan arrived he explained everything he needed to do then started out doing his job He suggested not just fixing the plug but also checking the rest of the pipes for possible issues because our new house had been vacant for months Dan took care of the clog in no time at all and put a camera down the pipe to check everything else out I was happy to learn that he couldn't see any other issues Not only did I get fast professional service but I also got piece of mind I will be using The Drain Team for all my plumbing needs Special thanks to my technician Dan, I am sending a letter to his boss letting him know what a great job Dan did
