Recently, I needed to shop for two cremains urns. I checked Web sites and after checking several, I chose Starburst Memorials because of their excellent selection of urns, not only for humans, but for my pets as well. I don't ordinarily write testimonials, but I wanted to write this one because of the excellent service this company provided me with in my time of need. Both urns arrived in less than one week after my order was placed. However, one of the urns had a sharp point on the inside of the vase and I requested to return it. I intended to reorder and pay for a new one. My fear was that the cremains bag might get torn from the rough place inside the urn. This company immediately emailed me a return FedX label and, as promised, would send me another urn at no cost to me within one week after they received the original defective urn. I really appreciated their kindness. They would not accept payment for the new urn. They were great to deal with, very considerate, helpful, and very professional, and I would highly recommend them. Once again, the replacement urn arrived in less than a week after they received the defective urn. Exceptional company in my estimation.
