Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is somewhat satisfactory to me My hope is that one day you would give your applicants (potential employees ) the same courtesies as you would a new client Sincerely, [redacted]
***,Starcom Staffing appreciates the opportunity to respond to your Revdex.com complaintWe are a staffing agency and an RPO (recruitment process outsourcer)In a given day, we deal with thousands of applications during active hiring periodsIt's not possible for us to personally respond and
communicate with every single job-seeker who submits an applicationOur job is not to provide customer service to candidatesOur clients pay us to find top talent for their positions, and that's exactly what we doThere are a countless number of companies, primarily those in the telework industry, that employ this model of communicationWe don't have time to deal with disgruntled applicants, nor can we provide personalized feedback to each candidateThat might sound cynical, but it's the nature of the beastThat being said, we do open up lines of communication with our candidates once they reach a certain stage in the selection processFurther, candidates can send us a message on the 'find a job" page of our website by scrolling down under FAQ #13. The background check payment is non-refundable, and this is mentioned several times throughout the process in clear-cut, easy to understand, termsAll candidates completing a background check are required to accept the terms both by putting a checkmark in the box next to the statement, and drawing their signature in the signature boxTo refresh your memory, the terms agreed upon are below: "This background check will be used to determine eligibility for employmentA successful background check doesn't guarantee employment, nor does it increase your chances of selectionThis is the first step in a multi-step application processJob offers are extended based on overall skills, assessment results, interview performance, etcThis is a non- refundable transaction.""I voluntarily agree that any credit or debit card dispute raised against Starcom Staffing, LLC is completely invalidI voluntarily agree to give up my option to dispute this chargeI voluntarily withdraw any dispute against Starcom Staffing, LLCFurther, I understand that my IP address has been logged and will be shared with PayPal and my financial institution (along with this completed form), should I still decide to chargeback this transaction."Thank you for allowing us to address your complaintWe consider this matter resolved, and wish you the best in your future endeavors. I am rejecting this response because: This has been their response to previous complaints here on the Revdex.com and still seems that they provide no way to contact themNon-refundable okay you maybe able to keep the money but this is an unacceptable business practice and use a lot of words to say you don't provide a way to respond simply because you're too busy is just not rightEven government agencies that service countless scores of people are required to do soThis may end here because it seems that this excuse has been accepted in the pastI still don't have an answer regarding how you handle or information from countless background searches, is it stored, sold, shared etcI was referred to you by a very well know blogger and author who assists stay at home moms, she backed you all 100% maybe letting her know and the other sites I've seen you on should be aware of practices up front so they can warn consumers. That letter that invites us to start the background check can advise that there will be no open ended communication, could you at least provided a live chat option on your website...somethingThis practice is not fair at all

Starcom Staffing is legitimate business that has placed over 12,job seekers with various clients since our inception in Applicants are clearly informed that certain positions require a background check prior to being presented to the client for further considerationIf we have an interest
in an application, that individual is invited to move forward and complete the background checkWhen completing the background check authorization form, applicants are required to agree to several statements and affix their electronic signature beneath each termIt's thoroughly explained that no offer of employment is being made and that completing the background check does not increase an individuals' chances for selection. We are running a business, and simply cannot contact every applicant that applies or has questionsWe are hired by our clients to find them talented workers, and we do that job wellShould something negative be found on the background check, the candidate is sent an adverse action notice explaining what was found and how to correct any inaccurate informationFurther, if we have questions when conducting the background check we will reach out to the applicantIf the applicant did not feel comfortable paying for her background check, that is her prerogativeAs previously mentioned, the terms of the payment are outlined in detail in layman's terms

We're sorry to hear the consumer rejects the response. Our original response will stand, and it has fully addressed the issues. If the consumer does not like our business practices, that is their prerogative.
Hi [redacted],We appreciate the opportunity to address your complaint/comments. When we are actively hiring we receive well over several thousands of applications. It's not possible for us to respond or provide personalized attention to every single person that applies. After all, we are in the...
business of staffing and human resources. It's not uncommon for companies to withhold their contact information from applicants, otherwise they would be inundated with call after call and email after email. We open up lines for communication between our candidates once they advance further into our selection process. Regards,[redacted]Business Manager
