Review: I visited this Starbucks location last week (November 20th, 2013) and ordered a vanilla bean frappe tall and a green tea frappe and when I received my order it was nothing but straight liquid. Both drinks were very warm and there was practically no ice in them at all. I waited almost 25 minutes to pick up my order so i'm guessing that my drinks sat there all this time with no one bothering to put them on the counter or calling out my order. I was very dissatisfied with the service and I am hoping this doesn't happen to anyone else.Desired Settlement: I would like to see an improvement in the way the workers handle their jobs. Since I only visited this location once I don't know if it's normal. I would like a replacement of my drinks or coupons for the future.
