ordered a pair of boots November 2019(never recd)
card was charged a fee $39.95 on 01/10/2020 without authorization
ordered a pair of black boots $16.15 (never rec'd)...got an email saying driver couldn't find the house so sent back to company...called was told a credit would be issued 5-7 days..until this day not rec'd
fee was charged on 1/10/2020 for $39.95 without authorization...talked to a individual named Rio *** ...still unresolved

I want to sever my ties with *** At checkout I am not getting member or store credit. They are charging my order to my Debit Card
For the past 4 orders I have ha to call justfab and ask to be given member and store credit. I also asked to close my account. Well, they hit me again for october. I was also told that they couldn't close my account and that I would have to go online every month before the 10th and select skip this month.
If justfabs would just close my accountI wouldn't have to worry about onlining every month.I feel that my request is reasonable and should be honored. All monies returned and leave me alone.
