On 1/26/2ND GEN CONCRETE LLC(Adam K***)was recommended by a service agency to perform some additional concrete work on our drivewayhe submitted a proposal to us to perform the work as we requested, We came to a agreement on price and the scope of the work and gave him a substantial down payment to perform the work,we required him to acquire a permit from the City of Spokane Valley, WAto perform the work and was informed that the firm was not licensed to perform this work in the State of Washington and the City of Spokane Valley, WAAfter this came to light we spoke with Adam K [redacted] on many occasions and he suggested we terminate our agreement and we agreed but to date he has not returned our substantial down payment even though he has made many promises to pay us, we received nothing from him but broken promises, now he has even stopped communicating with usWe have been in contact with the service agency that recommended him and they have tried to get Adam to honor his co
