I didn't feel like I was bothering anyone when I called to check in on the repairs and pricing along the way. The business is ran by the Dickert family and all of whom are the sweetest and most down to earth people I've ever met. Thank you for being wonderful people and not trying to sell me on additional services and simply repairing what needed to be repaired without cashing in on a single mother who has no clue about cars.
