Star Sushi I I

Review: I have tried to contact Star Sushi's owner [redacted] 3 times via email. Two email addresses bounced as non-deliverable. A complaint using the contact form on his webmaster's site was ignored. I dined at Star Sushi's [redacted] location on July 3, 2014 at approximately 4 PM. 16:17:48 is the time on the receipt. The young male waiter was incompetent and rude. The restaurant was nearly empty, except for one other patron who was awaiting take-out. Several minutes went by, and the water never brought me a glass of water. It was a very hot afternoon, and I shouldn't have had to ask for water, but I did. When the waiter finally brought a plastic container, he slammed it down on the table. The water tasted awful, as if it were old and left out. I couldn't drink more than half of it. The food was edible yet mediocre. The waiter's other huge mistake was cleaning my table with harsh chemicals (the surface was already clean) AFTER I had sat down, meaning I got a noseful of the fumes. His demeanor throughout our exchanges indicated he would rather have been elsewhere. He did not smile; he did not try to be pleasant.Desired Settlement: I'm not looking for a free meal. I would not return to Star Sushi. However, I would like an acknowledgement of the issue and an apology from the upper management. Waiter should receive training on how to treat customers, or be let go.
