I never . Got. Paid! I worked a convention modeling gig and I waited 6 months before myself and a couple other models called demanding our checks. They never answered and when they did, gave us a run around. They said they sent the check but never did. Such a scam. They need to be shut down.

Review: Star Staffing services, located at [redacted] is scamming people. Their advertisement says that you will be given a maintenance or house keeping job with starting pay between $15 and 17.50 and max pay at 22.50 an hour. They ask for 100 dollars cash to pay for a badge, a key card and a uniform. They tell you that you are guaranteed a job or your money will be returned. They tell you that you will be working doing janitorial duties within a few days of you paying. In reality not only do they not offer you any job at all whatsoever, They either send you to a random location that has never heard of them or they send you to a 8 dollar an hour security place, in which case you are still not guaranteed to be hired. This business is a scam and they put up their ads on [redacted]. I have gone several times to be placed in a position, only to find myself waiting with about 50 other people, none of which have been giving any jobs. When I asked for my money back, they refused to give it to me.Desired Settlement: I want my money back, 100 dollars cash, and this business is not being run properly or according to their advertisement. It is a scam, nothing more. This business needs to be shut down.
