I bought orthopedic shoes on 2/29/20 and was told about 3 Wks. I called went to store and note on door says temp closed due to covid.
I have no shoes to wear. I am diabetic and have lymphodema. They won't call me back and I go on the website and not been updated since March. The shoes were $210.00. They never called me to come get shoes before they closed. They offer no customer service. The owner is the one who sold me shoes.
I need shoes for my feet!! I have left about 4 messages and no response, no updates on their website either. Last week we drove by the store and still closed. I am also diabetic and have lymphodema.
Bought a pair of shoes at Star Shoes. I was told I could take them home and wear them in the house and had 30 days to return if needed. I made two payments to Star Shoes on my Credit Card of $92.75. First one on 07/27/18 - they did not have the size they said I needed in stock, when the shoes came in I picked them up on 08/10/18 and paid the second payment of $92.72. After trying the shoes on at home they did not fit. On 08/30/18 my daughter returned the shoes to the store (which is over an hour away). She was told they could not give a credit card refund and would send me a check in two weeks. She asked why they couldn't write the check then and was told it would take them two weeks (the manager/owner was very rude). My credit card had already paid them. Two weeks would have been 09/13/18. On 09/18/18 I called the store, since I should have received the check by then. I was told they were behind due to the holiday. They are normally closed on Monday's. This is a very small Mom and Pop store (their words). How busy can they be not to have the time to write a check - I am sure they have time to write checks to pay their bills. I was told they may get to it this week, but would not say when.

Refund I would like them to either credit my credit card or send me a check ASAP. Would not recommend this business to anyone else. Would like to give a poor rating to this business.
Spoke to the cust. on 9/18/18, apologized for the delay. We issued the check that day and mailed in the next days mail (9/19/18). I explained to cust. that our mail had already gone on the 18th and that it would be in the mail on the 19th. The Customer has received the check and it cleared our account on 9/21/18.
