We regret that Ms*** has had such a negative experience with Star Pupil We have spoken with Ms***, apologized for any part that our business has played in her disappointments, and refunded all money that she has requested. We offered to refer her to another practice for

My original complaint is listed below in italics. I did receive a credit on my card from Star Pupil for the amount requested as a refund for my lenses. Ms. Allyson P[redacted] called me personally and told me she processed the credit. As promised, I informed the Revdex.com that the dispute with Star Pupil was resolved.
However, that same day Ms. P[redacted] called me again and told me that a check was also mailed from Dr. P[redacted]'s practice ([redacted] at another location) in the amount of S121 as a refund for the visits explained below. That was on April 29. To date, I have not received a check or any further contact. The Revdex.com was told that ALL was resolved, with Star Pupil and [redacted], by someone representing both Star Pupil and [redacted].
This is not true. Only the Star Pupil issue was resolved.
I have informed the Revdex.com that the case is still open with [redacted], and the persons who insisted on the original payments from me are located at the office located at [redacted], Scottsdale, AZ 85255. Where refund checks come from is not my business.
I repeat, In good faith, after this 5 month ordeal, I kept my promise to Ms. P[redacted] and informed the Revdex.com of the Star Pupil resolution. For [redacted] and Dr. P[redacted]'s office location to point fingers at who is supposed to send the check is again unconscionable. It is a total of $121. It is a matter of principle at this point far more than the refund. Someone needs to talk with someone in the practice and send the refund promised and I will THEN inform the Revdex.com that this issue is resolved. I have detailed the situation today with the Revdex.com through their channels.

This issue has already been resolved to Ms. [redacted] satisfaction. Ms. [redacted] again filed a complaint with the Revdex.com on May 12, 2016, and then left a voicemail on the Star Pupil after business hours messaging service on Friday, May 13, 2016, that she didn't receive her refund from [redacted] of $121. Alison P[redacted] promptly returned her voicemail at the start of business on Monday, May 16, 2016. At that time, Ms. [redacted] informed Mrs. P[redacted] that she did received the refund in question, but it was on her credit card, her original form of payment, and not in check form as she had expected. Ms. [redacted] expressed that she was upset that she was not informed by Star Pupil of the form of refund. Mrs. P[redacted] again expressed that Star Pupil and [redacted] are totally different businesses with totally different managements and that Star Pupil has no ability to know what is going on within the [redacted] Financial office. The businesses totally separate entities. Ms. [redacted] is more that welcome to contact [redacted] if she has any questions for that business. Star Pupil is unable to answer questions for that business. We have no knowledge of Ms. [redacted] ever contacting the finance office of [redacted] regarding her refund from that business. Dr. P[redacted] contacted the finance office of [redacted] today and confirmed that Ms. [redacted] $121 refund was processed on 4/27/16.
