Star Parking

I am in receipt of the complaint by *** *** regarding pricing on my parking lotI received the call from above mentioned person regarding parking at our lots. I tried to explain to him that the pricing had changed. I hardly ever get a call from this site that Mr*** went to
find parking. Nevertheless, we have contacted www.downtown.org to change the pricing in the past and assumed they honored our request. I have written them another email to please change the pricing. I am not notified when a new publication is listed on this site so we had no input in the latest publication. This is not our personal website and hopefully Mr*** located another lot for his monthly parkingRespectfully submitted, *** *** ***

On downtownstl.org (which is where parking information for the city information is) it says that the lot monthly payment is for $65, but when I called in order to reserve a spot for the lot the woman you talked to said the price would be $I asked about the $price listed that they were advertising and she kept saying "no that is not right." This information was updated on 11/15/15, which isn't that long agoAlso, $a month is a substantial jump in amount
