We have made numerous attempts to resolve this problem.  We never agreed to remove the windshield and leave the customer with no glass because that is not a liability we are willing to take.  It is standard with every glass company to try and fix the problem first and if we are not able to...

do so then we would refund the customers money.  Unfortunately, the customer would not allow us to attempt to fix the problem first.  Additionally, the customer does not have a brand new vehicle.  Her insurance company will only pay for OEM glass on a 2017 or newer vehicle.  However, because the customer was so upset by her experience we did offer to replace the defective windshield with OEM, at our expense, which is not a standard practice for us.  It is also not our standard practice to give out policy and warranty information unless a customer expressly requests it.  We are willing to address the customers concerns and complaints but the customer has to cooperate with our attempts in order to do so.
