Review: This is my official complaint with regards to this tour. We started on a bad note with the reservation process was cumbersome and required multiple phone calls to secure our tickets and VIP access for up to 12 people. When you multiple those numbers that results in nearly $1800. When we arrived, we were instructed that boarding would begin around 6 PM via email documentation. That was false, we were forced to realign at multiple piers and were nearly trampled several times without any communication from those in charge of this event and ended up in line for 3hrs. The overall atmosphere was one of dysfunction, confusion, and incompetence. Decision were being made real time and resulted in a negative domino effect. The VIP lounge was inundated with non wrist band holders, and I personally witnessed an Asian couple forced to share their table with random strangers who hasn't paid. We paid a premium for VIP access for good reason and those benefits were eliminated when the general ticket buyers were given the same abilities. Unacceptable, this whole experience was a shame and the lowlight of my first trip to New York.Desired Settlement: I would like my two VIP tickets reimbursed for the amount of $284

Review: Hi, This is [redacted]. I was accompanied with 3 other people, 4 all together including myself on the Star of the Palm Beach [redacted] July Cruise 2013 on [redacted] at [redacted] New York , NY. I have a advertising issue and customer service issue. First, we were told we would sail on the water to watch the fireworks and we were docked at the pier the whole time. we were told that we were boarding at 530p and leaving the pier at 630 p. We waited for 3-4 hrs in the heat with the security and staff people not knowing what's going on. They have us walking from pier to pier. My mother and cousins have walkers it was too much for the them- the waiting and walking . The whole cruise was horrible for the customer service and advertising. I DEMAND SOME PORTION OF MY MONEY , WE DIDN'T GET OUR MONEYS WORTH. THANK YOU FOR LISTENING. MAY GOD BLESS YOU.
