Purchased a certified used car from this establishmentthey advertise a certified point inspectionfirst day we had car, there were safety issues with the tires that were overlooked by us, but by their professional sales/service staffThey did provide us with a carfax report which indicated there were recallsUnderstood and we followed up with Westmont *** just a few miles from their locationUpon performing a correction to the recall, they stated we were covered with *** Care which would do a maintenance service while we were thereUpon review, they found that the wrong coolant was in the vehicle, the battery was about to fail and the back brakes were completely in repair statusI was indifferent about even contacting Star Motor because of the original tire safety issue in having to replace the tires which we paid half of that bill and they stated they would give us a second key and we ended up having to pay over $for that as wellI did agree with the advanced tra
Horrible customer service at Star Motor We called for roadside assistance and ended up at this dealership After being told that it would cost $to determine what was wrong with our car, that they couldn't read what the technician had done to the car at that point, being hung up on by the service department, we were then told by the manager that we could tow our car to another *** dealership, but that we would have to pay their diagnostic and tow charges
I purchased a Honda Civic Si with 54k miles from them in JuneI haven't driven blocks, after I purchased the vehicle, and noticed it was overheatingI turned right around and the sales person told me, that the gauge is reading high due to a hack tune, the manager drove it and it is fine, don't add coolant or anythingI took their word for itI have retuned the car to stock and it was the same overheating issueThe car had a leaky headgasket, cracked intake valve spring, and a bend valveI had Honda do the repairs, and they are not honoring their implied warrantyI am currently seeking legal action for the compensation due to the fact they sold me a vehicle with implied warranty on the contract, and the car had a major defect, internal moving part, listed on the contractI have been waiting for over a month and they will not return my phone calls

I found a vehicle at Star Motor Sales on the internet, and Mike was the one who answered my inquiryHe was very professional, low pressure, and answered all my questions truthfullyAs I live six hours from the dealer, I was relying on photos and his word to become comfortable with purchasing the carHe even made a video of himself driving the car and demonstrating how everything worked and looked as describedI ended up buying the car and he made the arrangements to have it shipped to meIt arrived within four days of me completing the paperworkThe car was in even better shape than I expectedI am very happy with this purchase, and highly recommend Mike at Star Motor sales
I had a very good experience with Star Motor Sales The car I bought was as good as advertised
The ** *** *** we purchased on 12/26/ From Star Motors was advertised with keysWhile purchasing the car the salesman said, "that they only had one key, that the second key was locked up in a safe and they couldn't get it"We had put down a down payment days before and flew in from New Orleans,so the salesman should have had time to get both keysSo we received " An We Owe You" stating that second key would be mailed to us the next day.After constantly calling to get the 2nd key that was promised, we received it and it was the Wrong Key! I am rejecting this response because:I guess it doesn't matter what I type because they will just lie anyway. They never offered a preinspection and they never offered to give me my car back. Their website says all of their cars are in excellent mechanical condition. This will cost me thousands of dollars. It's one thing to try and hide a defect it's another to blatantly rig something to get a car sold.

Star Motor Sales sold this vehicle in good condition. Everything on the vehicle was working properly . The customer was offered to have a pre-inspection done prior to shipping the vehicle, which he declined. Customer stated that his trade was in excellent condition and once we received the car...
and it was inspected, there was $2500.00 dollars worth of repairs that the customer refused to pay for. We offered to void out the transaction completely and return his trade. He also refused. Star Motor Sales feels we have gone above and beyond for this customer and feel that we have done all that is possible to satisfy the customer.Tthank you
We spoke to the customer and mailed them a new second key as soon as we were made aware that the key we sent was not working properly.
