Approximately 3 weeks ago I contacted this company regarding a property they had listed as available for rent on their website. I was informed that at that time the house was occupied and would be vacated the following weekend, at which time they would be able to show the house. Later the next week I contacted the company was was notified that indeed the tenants did vacate the property and it was available, however later in the day, a second representative stated the house was not vacant and she was unable to show the house Two attempts were made to view the property. The first attempt the company representative did not show and was not reachable via phone. On the second attempt, the showing was cancelled by the company representative because she \"could not find the keys.\" Today the company was contacted again to arrange a showing and I was informed that they had already rented the house, despite knowing that I was interested in the house. They did offer to show another house, that surprisingly is rented at a higher amount per month.
