I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
Though my situation has been resolved, I still don't trust company and have had many people lie to me from NUMOTIONS I received a phone call that co pay balance has been waived & which if business would have handled as any other business this matter would have been handled months ago and there wouldn't have been any financial issuesThe delay caused pressure sores to develop on my tailbone that have cost me a significant amount of money to see a wound care specialistHopefully anyone needing a wheelchair would use a different company
