On I placed an order and spent $I paid for express shippingMy card was charged immediatelyIt is now and I have not received anythingI've emailed multiple times regarding my order (invoice number: # [redacted] ) as well as tried to open a chat on their website but have received no response

I just emailed her, telling her sorry for our customer service not answering her, and told her I will ship her whatever is missing (once she emails me) and extra items of her choice :)
