To whom it may concern, Let me first say that I'm very sorry *** *** is having a problemShe purchased three La-Z-boy recliners in August of and in October she called in with problems on two of the reclinersOne recliner had threads on the arm and the other recliner's back didn't
seem to fit rightWe replaced both of these recliners with new onesOn 11/6/*** *** *alled in with more problems on the reclinersThe recliners are out of warranty but we ordered parts to fix the recliners; however, it has taken La-Z-boy an uncommonly long time to send us the partsMs*** also has a sectional with some service issues that need resolved and we are scheduled to fix the recliners and look at her sectional on March 30thIt is our goal to satisfy her and all of our customersWe apologize for the delay and any problems she has hadWe are very thankful for her business and patience in getting these issues resolved

Company did offer $1,200.00 for customer to keep furniture "as is", customer countered an offer of $1,500.00, "and keep as is". We agreed to her counter offer to resolve the complaint.[redacted]
