This company offers a lifetime warranty on their Stellar Lite fishing poles which is a joke. A company representative will have you return your broke fishing pole to them and then you will never hear from the company again and if you call them the representative says they will have some one come you back which never happens. I have call customer service a number of times and it is all ways we will have someone call you back and guess what no call ever comes back so I shot them a email on 8/4/2015 and still no reply.
