Sorry you are having problems with this gunImpact guns has been communicating with you on this for some timeWe did everything we could to get this gun repaired through the manufacturerWe also called the manufacturer on your behalf several times to try to get this resolved.? This gun was sent to Cobra Firearms by you as the end user and Cobra has been unresponsiveImpact Guns should not be the one getting the bad review because we are not in possession of the gun as it has been sent to the manufacturer under warrantyI have spoken to Cobra Firearms again today and they said they are having issues with Fed Ex and are unable to ship the gun right nowI believe they should be the ones getting the bad Revdex.com review not Impact GunsI am expecting a call back today from Cobra and will let you know what they say as soon as I get a call back Thanks

We did have a bad data feed from one of our suppliers for this item which resulted in a bad price pushing to our site.We have a clause on our site that says prices subject to change without notice.This is there to protect us and also inform customers that prices may change at any time.With the
technical world we live in and the fact that many retailers rely on data feeds from other sites, price errors are very commonImpact guns will honor prices in most cases but on this particular item there was too big of a loss and way too many orders for us to be able to honor the bad price.We hope you will be understanding.Thanks
