Ms [redacted] 's package was delivered to the address she indicated when she placed her order.Customers were informed in the terms & conditions box that they are required to check off just prior to submitting their orders that the processing time during a large discount (like the 60% off she received) is - BUSINESS days This due to many factors that are also explained in our t & c box: non black label products, not mass produced, small family run business that we create, package and ship ourselves We apologize if Ms [redacted] missed this information

I am rejecting this response because:I bought sets of brushes (pc silver and purple and the pastel unicorn set) I only received the pastel unicorn set

We first get a rejection stating the customer did not receive any brushes at all, we present a second tracking number proving they were shipped and the claim is changed again. Please email us a [email protected] so we can speak directly & continuously

Ms [redacted] was informed that her package appeared to be lost in transit.  We do not keep up with tracking of the numerous packages we send out, we appreciate her bringing it to our attention.  We have reshipped with extras for the inconvenience.It was delivered to the address on her order.

The owner is a doll. Answered all my questions and even threw in some extras for me to try. The eyeshadows and glitters are amazing. Great price for amazing quality!!!!!
