Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: Star is lying While they completed the room it has nothing to do with the uncompleted side of the room star has NOT completed the roof This is merely an attempt to deflect the reality of their services They willingly do NOT complete a job They take the money not earned than say well Most of it is done This position clearly supports my version that the work is uncompleted I contacted another contractor who stated that the balance of the work to be done is gong to cost $ Pictures do not lie but this contractor doesThe pictures show that more than 50% of the roof is not completed The project agreed upon requires that Star replace any and all structural roofing rafters from the black ice shield to the other end of the roof Once removed, they are suppose to install ice shield and new roofing This cost is at $2,per another contractor In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted] ***
