Review: A tree service contract and maintenance agreement was entered into by myself and Star City Tree Service (SCTS). The contract was for immediate maintenance of 3 trees, removal of debris and a 5-year maintenance agreement on said trees. SCTS carried out immediate maintenance of 3 trees, partially removed debris and has not honored the maintenance agreement. Tools have been left behind on property for over 4 months by SCTS and have not returned to pickup their tools. For all we know they've disappeared.Desired Settlement: Star City Tree Service should refund cash value the cost of remaining debris removal and the value of a 5 year maintenance agreement.

While I am empathetic towards [redacted]'s situation, repeated responses from [redacted], such as the one provided to the Revdex.com, have been provided in the past on more than one occasion. Not necessarily in reference to injury (although this excuse was provided on one occasion); however, multiple responses pertaining to sending workers/employees to finish the work have been provided previously.

At this time, the work has not been completed per the signed contract and maintenance agreement nor has it been followed up on per [redacted]'s previous response.

Review: I had paid in full on two occasions Matt Moran to do work at my rental home. The work was to include gutter clean up, tree removal and power washing the deck as well as stripping the paint off a patio. The only work Matt did was scrub my deck with a cleaner and remove the tree. He did not clean the gutters nor did he do the stripping of the paint. I have contracts for both signed by Matt detailing the work to be done. I have contacted Matt and was once told he would pay the residual amount back.Desired Settlement: Either pay the amount back - 350 - or come by and provide 350 worth of work to be determined by me.

Review: I advertised for a pressure washing service on craigslist early in the month of April. I was contacted by [redacted] under the pseudo name [redacted]. On Apr 20 I hired Mr.[redacted] to pressure wash my house. It included cleaning my roof, gutters, pavement, front and rear decks and the house itself. He promised to complete the job in one day, but failed to even start the job on the day that he had promised. He was sick the day. So I understood that it was a genuine reason and we rescheduled. However he didn't turn up on the day he was supposed to and did not notify me either that he was not going to come. I had kept a lot of jobs pending because we were waiting for him to complete his work, as we had other pending jobs, namely digging, laying pavers, rocks and mulching around the house. I had other workers on standby waiting for Mr.[redacted] to complete his job. I paid Mr.[redacted] an advance cheque for $150 for part payment of the job that was priced at 450 for the full job. His equipment only functioned properly half the time and he didn't finish the job leaving a lot to be redone and in some place to be completed a 100%. The gutters still have grit in them. I checked them myself. The house has streaks of brown on the sides. We still have a hornets nest on the roof which should have been gone after a pressure wash. There is a white residue on the side of the vinyl panel. The mud on the bricks and bottom of the walls is still present in many places. The rear deck floor was not touched at all. In many places the mold and mildew is still visible on the sides of the panels below the gutters. The job is half done. He never delivered on his job. I have to hire another person to pressure wash the house all over again, which will mean that this is going to cost me once more. Mr. [redacted] and his friends assured me that they would finish the job. I have called him many times since and he has not returned my calls. His phone number is ###-###-####. Mr.[redacted] is aware of the urgency of the sale of my house.Desired Settlement: Mr.[redacted] delayed the sale of my home. I have lost the workers I hired to finish other jobs at my home. Mr.[redacted] owes me damages on that end. Mr.[redacted] has already bypassed the date of delivery promised for the job completion. Thereby I will be hiring another contractor to finish the job. Mr.[redacted] needs to be notified that I will not be paying the balance on the contract as he failed to fulfill it and will seek damages plus the cost of the re-pressure washing, if he pursues the balance

HI, There is no legal address for the company Carpenters Service, except the email address. But I believe the company is owned by Mr.[redacted] who is probably a resident of Roanoke, VA. His business name is Carpenters Service as stated in the complaint. He operates of Craigslist most of the times. I mostly called him on the phone ###-###-#### Yes I did pay by cheque and a picture of the cheque is attached in this email. Thanks you for looking into this matter. Can you advise me on how do I go about the current situation. I need to get my house pressure washed right away and put on the market. It is going to cost me again to hire another contractor. The earlier contractor fried my grass in a many places when he sprayed the chemicals he used on the roof fell on the grass. However that would be hard to prove. It would be easier to show the other stuff like a 1/4 inch grit in the gutters or the patches on the side of the house or the vinuls that are still not clean and the mold and mildew. What should I do?
