Review: I bought a brand new 2015, Honda 4 wheeler (420 Rancher) and they also talked me into buying a extended warranty which was 500 more dollars. I bought the warranty because they said it would cover all services required for the 4 wheeler. After 100 miles a light came on my 4 wheeler for servicing so I took it to Star City Power Sports (where I bought it) to have it serviced and they tried charging me almost 300 to have it serviced after telling me it was covered by the Honda Warranty. The customer service there is amazing and if you decide to buy something from them ask for [redacted] but do not waste money on the extended warranty that's a joke.Desired Settlement: I would like further explication on why the warranty doesn't cover the service required.

My daughter purchased a used bike several months ago. She got a great deal and the staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a problem with the paperwork on the bike, and Jeff called us personally to fill her in on the issues. The professionalism and sincerity from Jeff and everyone at the dealer couldn't be beat. Jeff took control of the issue, was extremely generous with a solution, and in the end, my daughter walked away very happy and completely satisfied without exception. This dealer is 150 miles one way from us, and we will go back there again for our next purchase. I almost traded in my old bike, but the one I was interested in was already sold! Thank you Jeff and all the folks that made my kids potentially terrible experience a shining example on how you folks take care of your customers. And if this is how you satisfy your used bike customers, I'll be back down buying my next new bike! I did like that Ultra!
