Review: WHILE THIS CO.WAS REMOVING LEAVES FROM [redacted] APARTMENTS MY TRUCK WAS DAMAGED BY DEBRIS. THE OWNER STATES THAT IT COULD NOT HAVE HIS WORKERS AND REFUSES TO ADDRESS THE ISSUE. I TOLD HIM THE TRUCK HOOD AREA WAS FINE BEFORE HIS WORKER CAME THRU WITH LEAF BLOWER AND WAS CLEARLY DAMAGED WHEN HE FINISHED.Desired Settlement: THE HOOD NEEDS TO BE PAINTED.

I am writing in response of the complaint made by [redacted]. I was notified Monday 12/2/2013 while finishing up leaf removal at [redacted] Apartments. I went to talk to [redacted], where he stated the hood of his truck was damaged. After seeing his truck and the height of it, and the fact that he said no damaged was done to the sides of it, that there was no way to have caused damage just to the hood. There were cars and trucks parked on both sides and no one else had damage. We blow towards the ground and away from vehicles so and dirt goes under, or around vehicles, not up in the air. I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.He states that other vehicles were around mine is a false statement. It appears his employee damaged my truck intentionally as I am aware of how leaf blowers work. Rocks and trash were also blown against my door and walk area which the manager saw and no other apartments had that happen ,again which I showed him. No I did not claim any damage to the side because there was none. I am honest in my complaint.Regards,[redacted]
