Review: I bought a used 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Star Chrysler Jeep Dodge Dealer in [redacted] in March 2015 to make a long story short a week after I bought the car it was back in the dealer witjh performance issues, navigation not working, tire reader in computer not working, no oil change car was not serviced or washed when bought. The car has a performance issue which to date they have not fixed, I bought the car back to them 4 times, they keep my car for about 2 weeks and nothing gets addressed. Now the car is in the delaer again for issues that ive been complaning about that have not been addressed and now they want to charge me to get it fixed. The Manager Steve is very rude, he lacks customer service, let me refrace, the business lacks customer service I have yet to receive a call in regards to my car, its going on two weeks now. I am very disapointed and I feel I have been taken advantage off. I am a single mom who needs the car so I can get around to work and take kids to school, I am stuck with a car that the dealer knew had issues and will not fix them but now want to charge me. I dont know where else to turn to for assistance. I will let the world know how terrible they are and the lack of customer service, they are taking advantage of people while robbing them of their money. I will make sure I vocalize this it is not fair that good hard working people are getting robbed and being disrespected as well.Desired Settlement: Either they give me a new car or fix the car without me paying for their incopentance.

Review: I was supposed to be a cosigner for a car and I signed the deal but the dealer dave did something or falsified infomation for the car to go in my name fully I dont have a driver licenses and I dont drive now the person I co signed for has tickets and issues with the car and its in my name and I was supposed to be a co signer he lied

About being a co signer for the car he used my infomation as well as fake infomation to get this car in my name and I never had it since day one
