Review: I brought a car from them and they advertised a navigation system with it. They also included a charger and instruction book which was located in the glove compartment of the car. When I questioned it they said they did not buy it with the navigation system in it. I spoke to a man by the name of [redacted] I believe and he said his boss was on vacation and they he have to ask him and get back to me. When I spoke back to [redacted] he said that there was no navigation system when they brought the car from another dealer but yet they still had the accessories in the glove compartment.Desired Settlement: I think they need to provide the navigation system with the car. I should not be responsible to buy one when the Suzuki Sx4 comes with it. They have build in system that supports the navigation system.

Review: The vehicle is a little over one year old with 38,000 miles. Car is malfunctioning at 38,000 and the dealer refuses to assist with a loaner. It is apparent that the car is defective and they are not extending themselves to assist with a relatively new car.Desired Settlement: Repair the vehicle or replace it.
